With a background in computer science, a Ph.D. in software model transformation, and executive business education, I help organizations design resilient operating models and navigate AI, cybersecurity and data protection requirements in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
About me
I am a Partner in EY’s Financial Services environment with a focus on operational due diligence, integration and carve-out programs, and strategic transformation initiatives across financial services and payments. My work focuses on assessing and evolving operating models and IT landscapes in high-stakes transaction and change scenarios.
My advisory perspective is complemented by certifications in AI governance (ISO 42001), information security (ISO 27001) and data protection (GDPR auditing). This allows me to bridge business strategy, technology architecture and regulatory expectations — particularly in cross-border transactions and digital transformation programs.
Originally trained as a computer scientist, I completed a Ph.D. focused on automated software model transformation and later added a MBA. I transitioned into consulting, leading implementation projects in credit and securities management. This hands-on technology foundation continues to shape my work at the strategy and transaction level.
